Our hearts are heavy for those who have lost so much in the recent devastation of the LA fires. People build communities, and communities are what make LA so special. Witnessing the outpouring of support from near and far gives us hope. Rebuilding individual lives, and the city, will take the effort of many. If you have the means, It is never too late to contribute in whatever way you can.

We were delighted to be offered a chance to share our story with VOYAGELA, a community oriented online publication with an ethos we could relate to.

We believe that quantity and quality are both environmental issues. By made-to-order fulfillment we can be sure that we don't use resources to produce something that may never find a forever home.  We also guarantee our garments.

Like many of us, we experienced extreme challenges, as individuals, a company, community members and humans. We feel thankful to be able to operate our independently run company. We are continually adapting and appreciate all the ways we have felt supported through this learning process.

 New Friends is an eclectic collection of materials assembled to create a multi-dimensional interspecies cast of characters.  A palette of repurposed materials melded with an intentional expression of duality; soft fur with hammered brass, ridged textures with delicate ceramic, all express the colorful emotions of the characters. 

SAVE THE USPS so Swampy can continue to send his love letters. Swampy McSwamperton lives in a tree house above a cranberry bog in the great forests of Blamoville. He enjoys sending Valentine's all year round. It was after the delivery of an extra special love note in the fall of 1903 that a heart grew on his forehead.

BLAMO was founded on values of respect and kindness. Our company ethos has always been rooted in the health of the planet as a whole. We are continually finding ways to do better and appreciate the community that holds each one of us accountable. Every decision matters.
