We always work to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Please be aware that couriers are affected by many factors, including high season volume. Once we have packaged your shipment, delivery speed is contingent upon the courier.
BACKORDERS
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is backordered, we will either ship you the part of your order that is available and when the backordered item is completed, we will ship you the remainder of your order. Alternatively, we may wait until your entire order is ready before shipping. If you have a question about when your backordered item will be ready, please contact us.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

Domestic orders ship with the USPS or UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details and tracking number.
We do not require signature confirmation upon delivery, so please specify when ordering if you would like this option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship international orders via USPS or UPS. Starting April 1st, 2025, we are phasing out DHL Express as a primary shipping method due to recent economic shifts and rising tariff-related costs. In order to avoid passing these increased costs on to our customers, UPS will now serve as our main international carrier moving forward.
If you would still prefer to use DHL for your order, please contact us directly to request a DHL shipping label in real time. Please note that any changes in pricing will be reflected in your total shipping cost when choosing this option.
If you would like your order shipped with an alternate mail carrier, we will always work to accommodate your request, additional shipping fees may apply.
Your order may ship from our Grass Valley, CA showroom or our Bali workshop. If you have a preference for the origin of your shipment please email us. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details including tracking number. PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY
WRONG ADDRESS
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, including any apartment numbers. If your item is returned to sender because it is unable to be delivered, we can re-ship but will charge for additional shipping.
LOST PACKAGE
If you received a notification that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please note that USPS can sometimes scan items as “delivered” 24-72 hours before actually arriving. Please wait up to 48 hours before contacting us. If it feels safe for you to do so, check with neighbors to see if your packaged was delivered to the wrong address or if they picked it up for safe keeping. We have to wait 5 days post delivery notification before declaring the item lost. For a lost package, please contact us so we can file a claim.
STOLEN PACKAGE
