Born in rural Idaho by Spencer Hansen and Shayne Maratea, Blamo has evolved through a continuous flow of influence from photography, painting, movement, street culture, the music industry and world travel.
We’ve grown from hand-making individual pieces to producing entire collections, yet we’ve been able to maintain detail and quality by self-producing and distributing all our goods.

We currently ship domestic orders with the United States Postal Service. If items are backordered, they will be shipped in about 3 weeks. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details, including the date of shipment and a tracking number. We do not require signature confirmation upon delivery, so please specify when ordering if you would like this option. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
If you would like your order shipped with an alternate mail carrier, we will always work to accomodate your request but additional shipping fees may apply.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. Once an item ships we will send an e-mail with a tracking number and package delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider and the recipient. Once an item is successfully delivered, package collection becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. In the event that any unused, undamaged item does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 14 days for refund (less shipping costs) or exchange, subject to item availability. We will provide adequate packing and are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Returns initiated after the 14 day period will only be eligible for store credit.
Items returned must be in new, unworn condition and with hangtags attached. Hats, footwear and Blamo Toys must be returned in the original Blamo box or bag they were received in. We will issue a full credit (excluding delivery charges) upon receipt, or the item can be exchanged for a different size or color if specified. Please follow return instructions below:

You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us, For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides tracking and will insure your goods. If we do not receive your return, we cannot process a refund.
Once we receive the returned item we will process your return or exchange and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please allow 1-3 days from the time we receive your return/exchange for processing.
If an item is received in worn condition, a refund may not be possible or cleaning charges may be required.
Backordered items are handmade to order at our Bali workshop. Items marked as "Available on Backorder" will take about 3-4 weeks before we can ship them out, unless otherwise noted.
All backordered items are lovingly made by hand for your orders and time intensive processes, while sometimes slow, are needed to create our goods.
