    Welcome our Scout Shorts to the pack. We hand painted a breathable stretch baby canvas to create a short that combines comfort with a precision fit.  Expect some color variance and fading with wear, this is by design and a quality of the hand painted fabric.

    I really like these shorts because of the way they fit but they could be better if some improvements could be made in a updated or separate version like:

    The thickness of the cotton was a little more thicker and not as see-through when put against a bright light source for enhanced durability for the long term

    The front slant hand pockets had zippers or a flap button closure to keep items inside more secure

    The cargo pockets had either a stronger magnetic closure, had zippers, used a button or metal snap/clasp (like the current snap closure above the zipper fly) to keep items from just easily falling out with the current weaker magnets that are used

    And lastly, optional belt loops just in case if the drawstring were to fail in the future for any reason.

    Other than that, these are indeed different and one of a kind shorts that dont seem to be made from plasticky synthetic materials like others that may have a similar look to these.

    Nice shorts. Material is lighter than the longer grit shorts. Color is excellent. Very comfortable and good looking.
