This sizing guide is intended to help you select the shoe size that will provide the most comfortable fit. We recommend using a cloth measuring tape or a strip of paper that you can then lay flat to measure.
Things to know about measuring feet:
Measure your feet in the evening (they expand slightly throughout the day).
Measuring in centimeters is more accurate.
Wear socks while measuring.
Measuring while in "standing" position is more accurate.
Areas to measure:
A) FOOT LENGTH (from toe to heel) B) BALL GIRTH (around the widest part) C) HEEL TO TOP GIRTH
